Thanks to all of you for helping to make our 2011 event such an overwhelming success.   The public square was filled with celebrations: personal bests, team awards and noteable individual triumphs.  One again our day was one to remember and as one participant remarked, "This is no ordinary Charity Walk"   As an all inclusive community based event we welcomed everyone: race walkers, power walkers, and supporters of the cause, some of whom were in their very first competitive walk.  We were especially gratified to see our shoe recipients fromt and center of our event either in a volunteer or participant capacity.  Individual success stories and testimonials for this year's and past events can be found under our Footprints tab of the website.  Please feel free to send your thoughts and stories to us at info@kwwalkingclassic.com and we will be happy to add them to this section.   As you have noticed the count down clock has been restarted on our site and we are already in preparation for next year's event.
